5. Dance Workshops are sold separately and will need to be purchased on Eventbrite or on the payment links

6. Alcohol packages are available for purchase on the ship

*Prices will increase monthly starting in 2025! Book your cabin when you can! 3 People to a cabin will still be at 4-Person Cabin price. 1 Person in the 4 cabin group needs to be named the point of contact ensuring all payments are made towards the cabin. If payment is not received, the point of contact will be billed the remaining balance. Pairing of single persons into a 2 or 4 person cabin is not the responsibility of Del Mar Dance Cruise customer service.  Balcony and Ocean View cabins available at extra cost.*

Booking Details: 1st Payment in 3 equal parts is a nonrefundable deposit toward your cabin. This is required for each person to reserve their spot if not paying in full. Passport needs to be 6 months or more valid prior to April 18, 2025. If you are paying for more than yourself when you book, please provide FirstName, LastName, and Email of others in your party. A passport or birth certificate will be needed by the travel agency when booking and when you board the ship. Any onboard expenses not pre-paid, like shore excursions, bar beverages, soft drinks, specialty dining, casino, phone calls, kids club fees, photographs, and any items you may choose to purchase not specifically stated are not included in your cruising price.

 

Payment Plans: Payment Plans available in 3 payments: Your first payment is your 1st payment which is nonrefundable. The 2nd payment is due the same day of the following month. Your final payment is due the next month on the same day. Payments Plans are no longer available on January 1, 2025.  The travel agency will have all payment totals when making the reservation. Cabins on payment plans are reserved, but assignment of cabin will not be received until final payment. Payment Plan Buttons ONLY:

Refund Policy: 1st payment deposit is nonrefundable on payment plans. After January 18, 2025 only 50% is refundable not including the 1st payment deposit. After March 1, 2025 there are no refunds for all options.

Disclaimer: Participation in the Del Mar Dance Cruise 2025 will be validated at check-in once you board the ship. You will receive a custom wristband that will provide you access to our Workshops (Paid Separately), Pool Parties, Beach Party (Paid Separately), and Night Parties. If you are not registered in our system, you will not be provided access to our activities and will not be able to opt-in on the ship.
